Biography
About Victor Y. Yu, M.D.
Victor Y. Yu, M.D., received his Doctor of Medicine from Uniformed Services University of the Health Services. He was a fellow in vascular and interventional radiology at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. He also holds a master’s degree in engineering. After serving in the U.S. Army for over eight years, Dr. Yu taught as an Assistant Professor at West Point. Afterwards, he worked as a physician in several U.S. military medical facilities before becoming the Chief of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital.
Dr. Yu’s priority is to help his community, from his military service to his improving the lives of his patients as a physician. After his long-standing medical career, his current focus is in vascular and interventional radiology.
