In the documentary vlog series, Toya shares the ups and downs behind a painful health condition that millions of women face— uterine fibroids— benign tumors that cause debilitating symptoms, infertility and problems with having a healthy pregnancy.

Toya says of the surgery that was as painful as giving birth to Reginae, her daughter with ex-husband rapper Lil Wayne.
