USA Fibroid Centers announced the recipients of the Flora Katsnelson Award for Excellence: Dr. Jacob White, Medical Director, and Eugenia Buie, a fibroid survivor and advocate.
The award, established in memory of Dr. Flora Katsnelson, a co-founder of USA Clinics Group, recognizes exceptional leadership in advancing health equity and improving access to care. Dr. Flora Katsnelson was a visionary leader devoted to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals and communities.
Dr. Jacob White was honored for his contributions to fibroid treatment. He has dedicated his time to advancing medical education and improving patients’ lives. Eugenia Buie was also recognized for raising awareness about fibroid disease.
The award was presented at the “A Night in Full Bloom” health awareness event, which honored Dr. Flora Katsnelson’s legacy and the significant progress made in raising awareness about fibroids.
